I was wondering why didn't my rank increases to Knight. After I Google through, I found out that my personal information is not fully complete. So I edited my user data, entering my coordinate, filling my personal information etc... When I'm done, I can see that I'm still a Pawn. Later, I relogin my account, and I was shocked that I got the Bishop rank. Thank you Playchess :)
